Musubi Man by the Honolulu Theatre for Youth

Date: Tuesday, March 24, 2009, 3:00-3:30 p.m.
Location: Aina Haina Library

musubiman“Musubi Man,” a local-style version of “the Gingerbread Man,” is based on a play written by Lee Cataluna. Like the gingerbread man in the classic tale, the Musubi Man is determined not to be eaten. He leads his pursuers on a merry chase until reaching the ocean and must match wits with a surfer. The surprise ending will feature a unique Hawaii “twist” to the story. Even if you don’t eat “local,” everyone is sure to enjoy chasing the Musubi Man as he runs from adventure to adventure!
